i think the 30s, 50s, 505s and lee repros are the best they do. 60's isn't as accurate of a repro fit as their other ones, they made the waist lower so people who like that have an option. 20's i've heard is slimmed down from what they should be on the lower tag sizes.

good example of how more rise isn't always better, its about matching it to your body.
and the higher you go the more it begins to look goofy any time you don't have a jacket on. the really high rise jeans come from a time where it wasn't socially acceptable for men to be outside without a jacket on unless they were doing labor or in a really hot area, so the fits were all centered around how they look with a cropped ass jacket on.

Nudie sells some jeans but their Tuff Tony is hi rise. - ignore the tag sizes. use the size chart. find some pants you like the fit of with the same rise in your closet and measure them if needed.
- go a little extra long especially with unsanforized denims. even if they've been rinsed/washed they will continue shrinking a bit. you can always hem them a second time later but you can't make them longer as easily.
- if you're going for a wider zoomer type fit you might want to size up the waist. +1-3in is normal. you can belt it or even have a tailor take the waist in around 2-3in going rate around $100-150bux its a more complex alteration. gives you a bigger leg to waist ratio, if you lift i would prly size up all jeans.
- just look at fit pics to get an idea how you want to size it. generally japanese fit pics size up like 1-3in and american/reddit search result fit pics tend to be tts or like +1in.
