I am looking for shirts like in the pic, but without the epaulettes (the straps on the shoulders). Also the chest pockets can have flaps or no flaps. One more important thing is the tobacco stitch.

That's not a dress shirt. Having buttons doesn't make a shirt a dress shirt. You'll find shirts like this filed under "casual shirts".

There's lots of chink brands with shirts like that. For example, my work shirts are 20€ crap from brandit. They call them "Hardee" or something similar, and they look almost exactly like your pic, minus the shoulder flaps.

That's a "two pocket work shirt", my guy. You can get one from any work wear brand.

That's not a fucking dress shirt. Just because it has buttons doesn't make it a dress shirt. It's a button up shirt and as casual as it can get.
