id say an hour or so. why dont you ask the artist? most of mine are around that or a little bigger and it took an hour to do the outline like that and the 2nd hour to fill in the blackwork

It's just a feminine aesthetic. If you really wanted minimalist, go with a symbol or object instead of human parts.
Even better, just don't get tats at all because 99.9% of the time they just look trashy and make you look like a modern peasant NPC (because that's usually who gets tats)

Ultimately it's going to be your tattoo and what matters most is for you to like it; however, I'll share that I got all my tattoos by looking for unique things, ideas, quotes, sculptures, art pieces, that, when turned into tattoos, would mean something to me so now every single tat I got is actually a story I can share. Also, once I figure out what design I want I sit on it for a month or so, just to be sure I don't change my mind in the meantime.
