Depends who made it and where, and from what.

I have RRL shirts that fell apart after five years, and have Purple Label dress shirts that I've put through multiple 90 degree Celcius wash cycles and then tumble dried for the last fourteen years and they still look like new.

But if you're trying to LARP, forget it, nobody gives a fuck and if you go too far with the aesthetic like I did, you'll get literally bashed by strangers for looking like a homo

I bought an entire matching wardrobe of about seven or eight suits, waistcoats, neckties, plus trousers, sport coats and blazers, shirts and other accessories over a four year period.

Basically I have enough of picrel to create this exact outfit and wear a variation of it every day for a month without wearing the same thing.

Pro: I bought it before 2013, when Ralph Lauren ditched Rugby and started making faggot length suit jackets, which means my jackets can be worn in perpetuity.

Con: I thought having the face and physicality would allow me to pull it off, while being a 5'9" manlet. Wearing a Size 36 tweed jacket with matching pants and tweed vest makes you look a whole foot shorter than you actually are, even if properly tailored. Don't do it.
