Predator eyes is quite a vague term but i see them as being. Burning smoulder ( giving away sexual intentions), smokey and fierce. This when the term is being used in a positive way and makes you look sultry.

Your cat eye shape upward eyes will help. It really doesn't need to be heavy makeup.

I'm a dude and think you look pretty hot. Legit though you need to lose 30lbs. If you want the alternative light hair you're going to need to have bangs or allow your eyebrows to grow and dye them. Right now your eyebrows look to small and disappear into your skin.

If you're an honest 130lb in that picture you should probably switch to focusing on some mild muscle exercises. You'll stay the same weight/maybe gain 5lb but it'll trim you up safely. It's not always the number that people bring up when talking about being fat desu.

The generic goth look you're doing now isn't doing you any favors. You should be leaning into looking otherworldly.
