Regardless, lose the waistcoat: either it's too short or your pants are too low; and the shade of black of the pants is far enough away from the brown coat to work together somewhat. Alternatively, swap the waistcoat with a grey one, if you can. A black necktie is conservative, but you can get away with colour

Unless you have the slits that can be opened up so you can unbutton and roll the sleeves. Then you have to shorten from the shoulder, which is incredibly hard to do.

This is why fatties shouldn't wear slim pants. It makes them look like they have thick childbearing hips. If you have a big booty, always wear pants with a straight outseam and slightly tapered inseam, i.e, regular fit (if you don't want a straight legs throughout). That way it will break the contours of your lower half and make you look less curvy and feminine.
