>>18463073 (OP)Everybody an "pull off" a leather jacket. Most people just try to wear one that doesn't fit them, and don't wear it long enough to break in. The whole appeal of a leather jacket is that it fits well, just like a tailored piece of clothing, without giving that tryhard vibe.
If you pick one that's a little tight at the shoulders, made from thick (1mm or more) leather without PU coating, paint or anything else that isn't wax and grease, just wear it for a while and it'll look great.
Now, the guy in your pic (really hoping that's not you kek) failed by getting a jacket that's too tight around the arms, too thin (which you can see from how the folds on the ellbows taper off so quickly, and how they're already fully formed while the chest is still perfectly flat) and not broken in at all (chest again).Combined with his swolen head, that looks plain retarded.
But now, imagine the same style of jacket, but made from proper cow or buffalo leather, a little bit wider around the shoulders (maybe even with crash pads?), and with that slightly matted surface leather gets after some wear, and he'd look alright. Still not great, because he's fugly and a chink, but no longer like he missed the special school bus.
