Which kind of sun protection do you use to not become a brown swarthoid? Do you use chemical sunscreen like avobenzone or mineral sunscreen like zinc oxide?

cheapest one I can find that still broadspectrum/UVA+UVB and at least 30spf. I try to get water resistant ones as well. I work outside so I'm gonna go through it quick.

mineral sunscreen is a meme it also causes you to age and its also bad for you. just use whatever doesn't irritate your skin, everyone's different. i use a combination sunscreen in the summer.
