I'm 6'3" and typically wear M size, exactly like the models. You should only need to size up for asian brands since their block sizes are calibrated differently.

im the same height and 90% of the time i wear slim fit L if i want a good fit, or just regular fit L if its for more casual wear. with M my shoulders and chest wont fit inside
