How tf am I supposed to wear hats with a big head? Even the large sizes don’t fit properly

are you fat or do you genuinely have a massive skull ? remember if you have a fat face/head you will never look good in any type of hat.

I recommend going the other way and wearing something comically small, always a hoot at parties and carnivals

my head is too big for dad hats, but trucker caps fit my head good. you should be able to get fitted hats in your size if you look hard enough

1. learn your skull shape. big and round? or big and long. they make different hats for each head shape. if its big and wide don't curve your brim. if your head's big and narrow curve your brim and it will fit bigger.
2. pay attention to brim width when buying hats.
3. fitted caps. custom, or a company that specializes in hats for big heads if you're much bigger than a 8"er.
4. hat stretchers can get you an extra size or two, and can stretch back hats that shrunk from washing/rain/etc.
5. flexfits in max size. that chinese off-brand that starts with a y is really good too, maybe better.

bigheadcaps.com sells some good ones . They scale them up properly. I havent worn a "one sizes fits all" hat since i was a kid.

My head's about 65cm around. I once went to a hat store and the salesman told me that this felt hat that was 1-2cm too small could be stretched using a machine. I said no because I didn't want to commit so I don't know how good the result would be, but anyway that's an option.
