Good boots don't do that. So either your boots are poor quality, or the squeaking is because your shoes don't fit right or you're getting too moist in your grippers (the two most common causes of shoe squeaks).
1. Are they genuine leather and not chinkshit?
2. If they are, try getting insoles or better moisture wicking socks (you might need to have lining socks and then your real socks over that, I do think when hiking with lining socks and then wool

Put some wax or grease on there, and the squeaking will stop until it's worn away. Pick the right kind, and you might even get a good polish.
