High rise pants were the norm throughout human history, because they're more comfortable and sit at the natural waist. But then in the late 2000's men suddenly decided that it's cool to be faggy, by imitating women's low rise pants that became popular in the early to mid 2000's because women wanted to show off their flat bellies and ass crack.

Wearing mid and low rise pants is the abnormality. Every time I see some guy wearing low rise pants, or worse, sagging high rise pants like a retarded degenerate, it disgusts me. Making it look like you have an overly long torso and short legs is not attractive. It's a dysgenic appearance and makes you look like a midget.

Your pants are meant for your legs AND hips, not just your legs and crotch. The waistband of your pants is called the fucking WAIST-band for a reason.

you sound like a prissy faggot and youre also retarded because low rise pants only exist because 50% of western adults are overweight and nothing else would get over the belly.

Fat people have always existed. Fatties before the 2000's weren't wearing fat affirming low rise faggot pants. Low rise became the norm because it was a popular trend in the late 2000's and persisted, especially because modern fatties like to stay in denial. They don't want to wear pants that reveal their actual waistline. So instead they wear pants that align with their crotch line.

If anything, high rise is much more flattering on fatties, because it doesn't accentuate their potbelly by propping it up from below like low rise pants. It instead blends their belly into their thighs making it look more like a part of their legs, which also gives the illusion of longer legs and short torso and as a result not as big of a belly either.

Those were the pants available. Lower waist didn't come back in style (and availability) until early 90s.

yes all mens jeans were a lot higher rise back then.
mid and low rise pants have been around for as long as men have worn pants making appearances throughout the decades but they were different than what we have today -- worn off the hip but looser and pleated usually.

fats look better with high rise, but they're self conscious and stupid so they cuck themselves.

No, the reason is that people would have to buy a larger size pants and admit that they're fat. Instead it's easier to cope by saying oh I'm still a size 32 even though they're wearing them around their hips.
