Hats might adapt additional shielding on the sides as result of increased social anxiety / lacking social abilities

Hyper-branding. It died with hypebeast culture but I see it making a comeback in a lot of high fashion and athletic wear. People are so desperate to differentiate themselves and signal status that they become literal billboards, beyond simply just wearing x brand of shirt or y brand of shoes.

Additional oxygen supply as a status symbol

Female clothing with varying levels of transparency (some parts are more see-through than others). The idea being that despite being fully clothed women are visually naked.
