I suspect you might have low testosterone. One of my buddies got on TRT (never admitted to it, but is obvious) and went from early 20's not even having to shave to a full luscious beard. His face also matured from soft and boyish to like looking like a rugged outdoors type of person. Tbh, I would opt for trying to increase test naturally so you get all the benefits without the downsides, you can start by supplementing zinc and Vitamin D3/K2 and doing HIIT exercises.
