Is it that hard to not be a slob and do your laundry properly? Just wear an apron if you're cleaning or cooking and don't eat like a slovenly beast and you'll be fine.

LMAO. I'm worried about my handmade clothes being ruined because it would take weeks to months to replace. Some of the fabric I buy is irreplaceable since they're only made for a sort period or for a specific runway show. Cost has nothing to do with it. You're the one outing yourself as a poorfag.

The only fashion items I own that can be called expensive are footwear and glasses. I am cheap on everything else partly because I cannot abide the situation of wearing something so dear I feel I have to behave differently to protect it. The footwear and glasses are expensive because I pay more for better durability on those.

why don't you get more durable clothes? i know most expensive clothes aren't worth the money but you know there's a subset of middle range and higher end clothes that actually are from a cost per wear perspective? long staple cottons can be washed for decades and don't pill like cheap cotton does.
i have a lot of garments i'm glad i paid a little bit more for back in the day because i'm still wearing them 20yrs later and they still look close to how they did brand new. sweaters i throw in the wash every week with no pilling. jeans that are still in rotation etc.
if your weight just fluctuates a lot or something like that, fair.
