Why do whites have the terrible hairstyles, clothing and car mods ?

White people didn't keep up with innovations or trends and somewhere around the mid 90's realized that their culture, clothing, and looks, were becoming rapidly uncool. The easy solution was to borrow from other cultures--they looked to both gay culture and black culture as an easy bandaid and it's been this way since.
