>>18473865Same everyone that works real construction, farming or mechanical has moved to more convenient, cheaper or higher quality products that do the same work. I dump my company branded clothes and other shit off at the thrift store from time to time and since its branded with a company logo it gets a steep discount. Not more than a week later I see some farmer with his beat up truck wearing that crappy shirt or he goes out and buys some cheap ass hanes long shirts. Fuck button down its more of a liability for some of these farmers since it can catch on certain movements in labor.
Boots generally they will spend a bit more for the money to get higher quality but they might take the time to wax it before slapping it on and destroying it in 6 months. Jeans are still being worn but its being phased out for military cargo pants from flea markets or discount cargo pants from fleet farm, big R, menards, tracktor supply. They tend to burn through those in 6 months or less. I do see farmers atleast spend good money on socks due to durability complaints but mostly heat from being on your feet in the sun daily. Sun hats is were its at for actual outdoorsy shit, more neck coverage and face coverage.
