I have an LV keepall 50, some sort of nylon gucci duffle, I have a sweet ali express bag thats red lined and has gold zippers and is camo, its fucking awesome, but I would get some Roots Canada Banff bags. I have those in small and normal size.

I need something more than a 2-5 day bag. What is a good travelling bag for carrying sufficient clothing for a 2 week long trip?
Oh and travel sized accessories like toothpaste, deodorant, fragrance, toothbrush, and gloves.
Hopefully small enough to lug around on trains during a trip to CHYNA

I use a North face duffle, that I got for 100 at the kadewe, like the Patagonia black hole but more solid, or this leather bag. My buddy had it made by a cordwainer, but didn't like the heavy gauge of leather. It's like a marine Alice pack.

As long as the bag can be used as a carry on and fit in your lap in a car, I think it's a good choice. The possibility of it being stolen, or making me a mark at a hotel, has made me suspicious of expensive luggage.

I would always travel to Philly for a weekend to visit, I first used a small duffel bag, but hassle to carry with one strap and heavy. I took public transport a lot. I then got a clamshell backpack from Herschel. However it would make sounds when traveling, would alawys squish my laptop. I landed on a Patagonia Tres 25L that is personal size for cheap airlines and one bag travel. Tbh it really depends what you are taking. Overpacking is easy, I would recommend packing a bag and living with it for a few days and see what you need/dont.

If you’re going to take the bag everywhere get something like a backpack, but if not, I would just use a suitcase to keep at hotel and get a folding backpack/ tote bag to take things during city
