Big fan, I have pretty narrow feet and Mexico 66's fit me great and they're comfortable enough to walk a couple hours in each day. Try to go for the SD's over the basic ones if you can. No need to bother with the Nippon Made NM ones though.

SD's have a more comfortable sole with slightly better materials over the standards. NM's are a much different shape (pointier) and the leather is way thicker and nicer, but at the cost of feeling like a stiff dress shoe.

So first i used a “white” leather polish, as far as i understand it, it stains leather your desired colour and is full of chemicals that soften and make the leather have a longer life. Then i used a white “cobblers cream” leather cream that really hydrates the skin. I re-applied that every hour for 3 hours and the leather seriously absorbed it so much, really surprised by that i used half the jar. Nike must be holding onto these before release for a long time.

When i first got them i thought the leather looked really dry, but I achieved the supple leather wrinkling it has now from what i did.

Oh i almost forgot. I used a cheap gentle leather cleaner made for sofas but is kind-of multipurpose, using that i buffed off all the sticky shit and dust. That softens even more btw.

water flossers are one of the best tools for cleaning white stitching on sneakers. a lot of them are strong enough to act like a mini pressure washer. even if you're planning on using a product or diy method, you'll get a lot closer to the original white by using a flosser on it first.
