honestly most men have poor skin care practices to begin with so unless you're a pack-a-day kinda guy i would argue you'd still beat out the majority of males in the long run
starting tret early, good sunscreen consistently, and proper hydration/moisturizer will btfo basically everyone who doesn't do these ezpz
