Yep. I used it to wash my head when I had my hair buzzed, but that's all I would use it for. It smelled good and didn't dry my scalp out.

every soap or detergent works the same: they adhere to fat and water at the same time a.k.a. make an emulsion and go down the drain
every product out there that does something else (like moisturize for example) is just to cover the fuckup from the washing process, which is usually being too aggressive (for example removing natural hair fat with shampoo thus making it dry)
there are harsher (ie coconut) and milder (ie olive) soaps, same with detergents, so they're obviously different, but the principle is the same
all in one soaps are simply mild soaps that work for everything, you could even wash your dishes with it tho it would be very bad at it because it's mild and has low cleansing power

I got wavy hair and normal skin, and yes, they work fine
if your skin isn't normal then the issue most likely comes from inside your body and no matter what you use to wash it, it won't solve the problem
