millenial, clean shave for life but i have good skin, do a close safety/straight razor shave every day and i have an angular face suited for it.
if i had a soft face i would probably rock facial hair. keep it full on the cheeks shave it to a clean line at an angle to add the angles to the face. i'd just go and convert all my cheek/neck vellum follicles into to androgenized hair follicles with minoxidil since you don't need to keep taking it for life to do that, once they switch its permanent. think gigachad beard. fuck it women use makeup.

Yeah that's where my hair grows the quickest too but I still get little hairs all over my face but I’m shaping them up, hoping to maintain a stubble all over when I really commit to working out and fixing my diet

Well I have that too. Don't mean to brag but I have a nice jawline and overall sharp face, my hair is also dark with white complexion. But something about my thick beard density just makes it not look good.
