See, I don't get how guys feel comfortable wearing shorts this short in public. Those shorts quite literally look like boxers. Not even just due to the length but the material as well. If it wasn't for the drawstring I'd 100% believe they were boxers.
And I'm well aware shorts in the 80s and before were extremely short, but I believe they went out of style for a reason. I don't need shorts to go past my knees or anything but I'll stick with my 9 inch inseam a few inches above my knee thank you very much.

I think guys who go out in public like this are mostly just lazy and slobby rather than wanting attention. The short shorts look is literally the most low effort one out there. The closest you can be to wearing boxers in public without breaking any indecent exposure laws. Bros probably just literally roll out of bed like that and go out in public.
