Yeah. I started growing out my beard and I feel a lot better now. Beards are definitely more "vanilla" looking but I don't really care, I'm just happy I finally feel more normal and feel like I fit in better now. I looked like a fucking goofball with the stache.

I say this as a guy that can grow a thick af moustache: it does NOT fit every guy. You have to have a thin and somewhat masculine face to make it work.
And on top of that the moustache needs to be wide and thick; it has to cover a good chunk of your face. If you're too chubby-cheeked or have a round face, the stache looks small and becomes more weird looking.
