I've used Opalescence a few times and i'm happy with it. First time by my dentist, but he charged me like 5 times the price, so i just bought the product directly afterwards.

But you have to be careful about the concentration, the lowest can stay overnight while the highest just needs to stay 30mn. Otherwise it will kill your teeth.

They sell whitening strips over the counter. You literally just need to do a box of those according to the directions and then maintain with a whitening toothpaste.

i hate how whitestrips feel and the slight next-day ache was annoying though so i picked up picrel a few years back and just use it whenever im not painfully lazy
