Totally depends on the girl imo. Girls that are actually naturally slender (narrow bone structure, small tits and ass, etc.) look erotic as fuck in low rise and shitty in anything else. Any girl with curves is the opposite. That's just jeans/pants though, IMO every girl that isn't fat looks better in low rise panties and bikinis.
