14" rise MINIMUM.
Preferably 15"-16" front rise.
Why are these so difficult to find?
I have only had luck with thrifting or made to measure.

Best I can find for jeans is Levi 501XX reproductions and that only has 13 1/4" rise. If you want dress trousers Chester Cordite has some that vary from 13.5"-15" + 1/2" waist band. The Chester Cordites are vintage inspired so have features like fishtail backs.

Uniqlo U chinos are 13.5" rise on size 32. The size chart on the website says 12" but my 2 pairs are both 13.5"

12-13 is the sweet spot. Observer collection pants are always in that range. Highly recommend.

when I got myself one I felt insecure. Don't know, maybe because it was a wide cut and it looked weird.
