Here is a step by step guide to lose weight if you're a man:

You can always lose weight but realistically it's easier or harder depending on your genes.

Yeah, that's all. If you are still fat after that it's due to genetics so you have to work extra hard to exercise and cut carbs. Sorry.

If you're a woman it's all genetics because women don't have willpower. They can lose a few pounds and get fit but the only way I have ever seen a hambeast lose weight is with surgery. Without the threat that their stomach will explode if they eat too much they can't lose those big pounds.

This is different from settling; you should totally hope to get healthier eventually. But the truth is putting off everything for the future is a bad life strategy, including putting off expressing yourself through fashion.

>Wear shit that fits
Whatever your size is, it needs to fit. That means never skin-tight. Whenever you wear clothes that have extra give and fit at the shoulders / neck properly it immediately makes you look like a more sane and put-together person.

>Forget that your fat
Wear the shit you think is cool and don't worry about what you're "allowed" to wear. Only pay attention to what's actually awful in the mirror. Put things on, look in the mirror and pay attention to your immediate gut reaction. If you feel like it works, then it works and hold your head up high.

Lastly --- People will respect you the most for your confidence while wearing your complete outfit. Confidence always sells it in the end. Never give up on trying to lose weight, but DO NOT put off enjoying fashion until then.

Burn more calories than you take in.
Walk 30 to 60 minutes every day. Eat lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink water. Avoid salt, sugar and saturated fats. Don't drink alcohol or smoke tobacco. Get plenty of sleep.
And don't weigh yourself. If you haven't lost as much as you hoped, you'll want to give up. If you've lost more than you thought then you'll decide to treat yourself and slide back into bad habits. You'll know that you are losing weight by how your clothes fit.

Eat more protein, less carbs and fat. The carbs you do eat should be high in fiber and complex over simple sugars. Drink a lot of water and black coffee/tea. But if you want to keep the weight off you have to change the way you eat regularly, if you just diet for a month or two and then go back to the way you used to eat you'll just regain the weight instantly.

3 diets that work (in order)
1. Fasting/Snake Diet
2. Carnivore/Keto
3. Sugar Diet/High Carb

Do any of these 3. Stick to it and you will lose weight. Please note that for the sugar diet, you have to eat mostly fruits and vegetables. You canโ€™t binge on candy all the time.

For exercise, just go for walks. Either go for 1 long walk per day, multiple short walks per day, or do the Japanese walking protocol.

You can lose about 30 lbs total and 15 lbs of fat per month on this regimen.

literally all you have to do is skip meals, skip dinner and stop drinking your calories, if you must drink alcohol, count it as a whole meal because it's so calorie dense.

Cutting just 500 calories out of your caloric intake per day will make you lose 50lbs after a year.
