If you post these then no, they don't dress well. But when you look at japanese normies, they do dress better than European normies and especially american normies. And that's where the power of japanese fashion comes from, good solid foundations and an eye for good fabrics and overall fit. Most normies in Europe just follow trends and don't watch their fit i.e. their outline and the way clothes form around the body. That's something where the japanese excel. Especially their women, who mastered the style of dressing modestly but somewhat "cool". It's a nice change of pace to not see every girl looking like a streetwalker.
