You need to be broad shouldered to pull of a trench. And tall, but being tall always makes you look better. Broad shoulders are so important because they hold it open wider and sweep it behind you. If you don't have them, you can sort of emulate it by wearing a tight belt on the outside, but that looks retarded if you do it with a leather one.
