Most white guys just seem to go from prince charming to generic soibeard #3024. I can barely recognise my classmates at reunions, they all look like polish truck drivers.

Skull develops further into even more of a masculine neanderthal shape, because hormones affect us through our entire lives. Beard gets thicker from DHT, along with the tiny blond hairs, which are everywhere on your body, you start to grow hair in weird places.

Most of my friend group hasn't aged since 20 or so and I'm almost 40. I think this happens a bit later, but it's brutal.

It’s fat and facial changes from reaching hormonal maturity, which happens in late 20s or early 30s for most men. The wrinkles and hair loss, eyebrow thinning don’t help.

I’m 39 and every time I meet someone new they refuse to believe my age - I always get asked for ID and about half the time the person either expresses surprise or outright congratulates me. I have no skincare routine, I don’t wear sunscreen, I drink excessively and struggle to sleep. I look younger than OP except I have a bunch of grey hairs

yeah, a lot of people don't know that staying lean is very important. I was skinny all my life and started gaining weight during covid and the first thing my own mother remarked "your jaw is kinda disappearing in your neck"

Because people get fat as they approach 30 because they become less active. Just don't get fat, don't smoke or drink, stay out of the sun, and don't go bald and you're good.
