Why do suits look terrible on women and only look good if you're the top 1%? Most men can look good if the suit is nice, but women not so much.

A man in a suit appears serious and competent, he knows what he's doing and his mere appearance commands respect. Follow his lead and shit will get done right

A woman in a suit however, appears uppity, no woman posses any real competence, they didn't get their position through competence but through corruption. You cannot trust them, they're not there to improve anything but only to bolster their own position and instigate drama.
Where a man asserts his position as the boss through his competency, a woman does it through abusing bureaucracy.

Furthermore, as others have said, it's like a tranny in a dress, the suit is designed for men, to make men appear more masculine, making a woman appear more masculine is like trying to make a man appear more feminine, it is wholly unflattering

Height and the hips. Men are taller on average with no defining hips, men who go to the gym and end up with defining hips due to muscle tend to look equally weird in a suit unless it is oversized.

Because women buy them. Brands manufacture products to make money, not because they take certain philosophical positions. As long as there is demand for them, they will make them. Women are retarded and like to larp as men in order to feel powerful. So they'll buy a suit even if it looks like shit, to feel like "muh strong and independent whaman leader she knows she can be".
