What's the "bestedest" way to tidy and keep your socks in your wardrobe?

used to no. 3 for 20 years but fuck it, folding socks is the most time consuming part of doing laundry
now I simply fold in half and be done with it

It's a waste of time to do anything other than a simple fold-over. Even this thread talking about alternative methods is a complete waste of time.

#2 because it keeps the socks together and saves space. it doesn't matter much at home but its the best way to pack them for travel or innawoods.

what's wrong with stacking flat? do people have so many different style of socks that they can't stack them flat?

holy fuck i dont do any of this i stuff the two socks together like a banana bunch and then i make a pile of them in my sock shelf

all of my socks are identical and i just dump them in the drawer unpaired
