This guy's stuff is gay as fuck.

People go on about how Tom Ford is this great menswear designer, that he's the best when it comes to shit like suits, sport coats, eveningwear, etc.. But as somebody who actually wears that stuff with a fair amount of frequency, you'd never catch me dead in any of his clothes.

Because, as mentioned, it's gay. I don't know quite what it is about Tom Ford clothes, but when I look at them I can just tell that they were designed by a gay guy. Even if Ford himself weren't openly a fag, I think I'd be able to tell just by looking at his stuff.

Like, compare him to Ralph Lauren's stuff. I can tell RL stuff is designed by a straight guy, unlike Tom Ford stuff. I don't know what it is, exactly. But I can just tell.

Usually when I think of that brand, I think of products for women. My ex bought the cosmetics. Makes sense his shit is gay.

I don't know how many lead designers of the major European brands have been gay over the past 30 years but I'm guessing nearly ALL of them were gay.

Straight men's fashion is literally t-shirt and jeans in 99% of cases and the remaining 1% is arguing about shirt lapels or some shit regarding formalwear from a century ago. I'd rather wear things designed by gay men and/or women than straightoids because most of them have zero style what so ever.

Ralph Lauren is 85 years old and hasn't "designed" at his own brand in decades lol. It's a giant corporation. The design team for each label has dozens of people on it. Most of whom are almost certainly women and gay men. Your ability to tell whether a brand is designed by a gay guy or not fucking sucks.
