If this is really you, you look young. As you age your head will grow and you'll "grow" into the nose as a result. A lot of women like big noses, as they're masculine feature. Look up Pete Townsend of The Who. He also has a large nose, and I do too. (Grew into it.) Don't get surgery, learn to love yourself. The confidence follows after that.
