Plain black ones like in your pic don't look any bad. Could get hair colored ones but getting them plain black could be a lot less noticeable.
I don't know why you're trying to make them look effay. Like just wear ones that help you hear.
Ironically trying too hard to make them look "lowkey" as you fags would call it could just make them look worse. Just own the hearing aids anon.

I mean really depends on what kind of work you do etc. But the most inconspicuous option would be to "hide it in plain sight" and having ones that look like Bluetooth earbuds.

Dont ignore this. Untreated hearing loss is a huge risk factor for dementia later in life.
