505 is ok but 550 is the patrician choice for levi's since they ruined 501s with absolutely the worst saddle/rear pocket placement ever to give all men diaper ass

vintage 501s of varying decades are passable, their new 578 is actually my shit though

501's tts + no break, hem if needed. I rip off the label and cut off all the tags inside.

which one has the zipper, 501 or 505?

anyway I copped the zipper version last month and theyre fine but I think i'd rather the button version. Also having worn 18oz jeans for the last couple of months they feel like wrapping paper thin
