Not OP, but just because fugly DEI "plus size" models are being pushed on to everyone now, doesn't mean being unfit is okay. Fashion is for fit and beautiful people. Which is why models were always tall and thin, because anything looks good on tall, thin/fit and beautiful people, allowing them to indulge in fashion as much as they like. You can't do much about the face you were born with (or even height after reaching adulthood), but being fat and unfit is a choice. If you can't even put in the effort to stay thin and lean, then don't bother getting into fashion.
