A few fasts, but most of the time I'm just buying small pre-made meals from the supermarket. Very cheap and are usually under 500 calories. A bit of yogurt and dried apricots here and there and this whole thing has been surprisingly easy. It helps that the weather has stayed consistently warm and sunny so late into fall this year so I'm walking and running a ton too.

Honestly I think the muscle loss thing is mostly a meme. I've been casually lifting weights and using a pull-up bar to mitigate any loss, and I've actually still been making slow progress on it. Either way, my goal is to just lose fat as quickly as possible, plenty of time to build muscle later.

Depends what your aims are I guess and how well you can deal with being hungry. I started last year with a deficit of about 500ish from a tree of 1800 but as I got to ~60kg I found myself plateauing so I increased the deficit to 1000-800 and it's working again. I have 100% lost muscle mass but I'm not too bothered by that desu. I still do a bit of calisthenics and my job is quite active anyway.

what helped me be slim but healthy was fishmaxxing. every day i do 2 eggs for breakfast with 1 sliced apple or pear, for lunch i eat 1 cup of berries with 2 cups of yogurt and granola (the kind with raisins and seeds in it for nutrition) and for dinner i usually eat chicken or fish with a protein shake (and i always do 1 banana in my shake.)
its not a lot of calories, but it isnt filling, doesnt go to fat, and lets me workout pretty well. i dont bother counting cals i just focus on eating this exact setup every day/mealprepping dinner, heavy protein & fruit focus.
I feel for you because i used to be unable to eat too, my trick was eating food that left me feelingn "hungry" but still sustains me enough to tone up at the gym for best aesthetics.

Looking pretty good, I would say. Even if you do not like to leave the house (neither do I), at least try to work out at home (for example by running in place or doing basic calisthenic exercises). At first, it might be hard to keep through with it, but eventually, you will get used to it. Whenever you feel like giving up, just think of the long-term benefits that you would be passing up on.
As for the mild loose skin, my advice would be to regularly exfoliate and moisturize, but you should probably go to the skincare general for more informed tips and recommendations.

I'm one month in my classes on dietetics and I decided I'll share some things I learned that aren't common advice.
1) Eating extra 200 mg of vitamin C on top of your daily intake aids in weightloss.
2)make sure your mineral levels are correct. Focus on magnesium. (You don't have to take supplements just make sure you aren't getting to much)

I'm thankful that I don't get skinny fat because I've never had a sedentary job, just typical on your feet all day with some manual lifting jobs my whole adult life and I was very happy with my weight at 145lb. The problem area is my lower half, I have very muscle calves and it always felt like my legs were far too big for my upper half. The lowest my waist could go was 30" so I need to balance it out with just lifting bench press, I just want bigger chest and shoulders so I taper down to my waist. Getting under 145 should hopefully target whatever fat I had around my legs. I have very good vascularity and even at 150lb I was getting veins on my obliques and a bicep vein. My forearms were absolutely shredded which always drew attention whenever I would simply pick up things that weren't even exactly heavy.

I had this in the very beginning but you quickly get used to your chosen deficit.
I find my ability for sustained cognitive loads (eg. a job that requires you to think or pay attention all day) is severely impacted if I don't sleep at least 7 hours a night, and has very little to do with how much I eat, compounding sleep debt over the course of a week with little sleep (5 hours or less) would become noticeable after 4-5 days and leave me cognitively exhausted by the end of the week.
Food doesn't help at all, only sleep fixes it.

why would you do this, this general is already slow enough as it is, I had to make the last 4 thinspo threads after they fell off page 10 and stayed like that for days
