what do you recommend the best way of having completely clear facial skin and no facial hair for someone with sensitive skin and thick hairs

shaving is completely out of the window since I'm a fucking retard and I tried waxxing and it fucked up my hairs with acne /redness everywhere I'm wondering what you anon's recommend
