I'm the weakest skinniest dyel you'll ever meet and I don't have time to hit the gym

My home doesn't have the space for those massive home racks, but I was thinking I could get some dumbells and do curls/chest press/shoulder press or stuff like that to improve my looks a bit.

Anyone here has experience with this kind of minimal equipment training programs, or has any recommendations?

That's pretty much my situation. You can train literally everything with a set of variable dumbbells. I also have a pull up bar you install on the door frame. You don't need much space or equipment, especially as a beginner.

This. A pair of dumbells and resistance bands are enough to civer all your muscles. You can even do it with just a pair of dumbells.
Op if a faggot who thinks he can't go on a jog without a pair of $300 shoes and an apple watch to trach his pulse.

Just do calisthenics, ideally outside. If you’re too much of a sperg to go outside (probably the reason you’re not going to the gym) then get some dip bars, pull-up bar and rings and a weighted vest. You don’t have to get everything at once, just start

Rings as a beginner? A fucking weighted vest? Just get fucking dumbbells!

They are cheap and versatile, so not that bad of an idea. But I would agree dumbbells are the way to go.

I'm literally living in a tiny house with not enough space and I'm making due with dumbbells, a bench, and a dip bar to progressively get strong enough to do a pull up, been seeing good progress.

What workout routine do you recommend? Stuff like squats and deadlifts are out of question I assume?
>I also have a pull up bar you install on the door frame
I'm not strong enough to do a single pull-up unfortunately

I'm sorry to say this but if you don't have time to go to the gym, you don't have time to meal prep and I wouldn't expect any significant results.
you're actually going to waste more time translating the exercises you see here into something you can do with your equipment.
so number one thing I suggest is make time for the gym and plan meals so you get enough cals and protein to grow

Get a pull up bar, a pair of dumbbells and some resistance bands and cables and you never need to step foot in a gym.
