In my opinion the only way to actually lose weight is to develop healthier eating habits, eating less, avoiding sugar altogether, and most importantly, falling in love with going to the gym, it becomes very therapeutic and relaxing. You can do it man! I used to be 275lbs (125kg) and now i'm at 198lbs or so (90kg)
