My injury is an L5-S1 disc herniation. Happened 2.5 years ago. Felt like this first true encounter with aging and frailty. Can be excruciating, but it's worse to stop exercising, moving.

I've been trying to work on my hammys because they are lagging behind my quads by quite abit. I've gotten up to a 120kg for 2x6 on rdl, after I do hack squats, but I'm still not quite happy with them, I think I pull with alot of erectors.
