That's all you need. If you're not rowing 3pl8 for reps, deadlifting 5pl8 for reps, and doing weighted pullups/lat pulldowns with more than your bodyweight then you have no business doing any bullshit isolation exercises for rear delts

I like doing cross body cable y raises but I don't have the patience to wait for two cable stations so I just do DB skiers and push them as close to failure as I can
