The dogs can run 10 hours a day, but they can't run 10 hours non-stop a day they will die.
You can research this yourself, the dogs are often run 4-5 hours and rested for 4-5 hours.
Humans can actually run for up to 80hours and 44 minutes as the current record without stopping.
So if those dogs run 5 hours at 20mph with a 5 hour break after we are looking at 100 miles over ten hours.
While the longest recorded distance a human has ever run in 10 hours is 119 miles.
Human actually beats the dog.
Where the dog beats us is that when the dog has rested again, it can go the exact same speed it did before.
Meanwhile the human only gets slower as he continues to run.
For continuous runs, humans beat out nearly every single animal on the planet and has been proven time and time again.
We simply fail because most animals recover faster in much shorter time frames.
