That's true but travel to the gym, changig, showers, etc. Take a bit of time too, for me that's about 40 mins, and with full body that happens 3 times a week vs 6 times with ppl.

Actually with 7x you could still be healthy with moderate walking and dieting

FFFFFFF would objectively be the worst split. 7 days of working out full body with 0 rest. You're going to burn out or injure yourself
