Fuck all of you honestly

After 5 years I just decided to bite the bullet because extra virgin olive oil is expensive and I want to buy cheap shit in containers that last a lifetime

I bought a container of rapeseed oil, coated potatoes in it with some steak seasoning and baked. For the first time in my life, I know what a potato tastes like. I ate all of them immediately, felt utterly incredible and craved more.

Just now, I made croutons with levain, the same seasoning and rapeseed oil. Baked. Took a bite of one and I could not stop eating. I ate all the croutons and I'm currently making 2 slices of levain with cheese, same seasoning and rapeseed oil.

Nothing ever tasted this good with EVOO. Nothing. I get the taste of the fucking produce now, with whatever maillard effect the oil does to it.

Honest to god fuck all of you for calling anything but muh avocado oil and olive sneeds unhealthy. I asked GPT and it said rapeseed oil is one of the most healthy ones, even refined shit. It's not like it used to be in the 70s. It's. Healthy. Cheap. And amazing.

Wasted 5 years and lots of money cooking in extra virgin olive oil like a retard, because muh health. Jesus fucking christ......

I fry in peanut oil, and dress salads in olive oil. Both have their porpoise

Everything else has a flavor. Neutral oils let you taste what you are actually cooking. You don't know what you're missing out on as you taste only the fat.
I actually feel better too. I just finished the cheese sandwiches and they tasted lighter. I can't describe it. They sit better in my stomach than they would if I'd used olive oil
