If the US government called for a draft, it would be more likely to cause a literal rebellion than to actually succeed in drafting zoomers to go fight in another foreign war. Boomers went through Vietnam and millennials went through the GWOT, literally nobody in the entire nation would support a draft other than the most diehard neocon loser, which is a breed nearly extinct. Most zoomers aren't even physically fit enough to join the military, and lots of the ones that are would rather fight against the government than for it. A draft is NEVER happening in the United States under these conditions, unless we were literally invaded, which would also never happen
