Is Yoga worth doing? I'm wondering if I should give it a shot daily additionally or just stick to strength training

Tai Chi gives all the benefits of yoga plus (if you learn it from the right school) you learn a bunch of neat weapon forms and how to fight.

Yoga trains your mind and body to... endure discomfort. Literally. It was originated as a means of training to endure long meditations on the path to nirvana. Nowadays all it's good for is women training to endure getting fucked in more interesting positions.

I started to do some light stretches before bed/in the morning when I noticed minor back pain at times and remembered all the ''funny'' memes people my age posted about ''me in my 20s with my 60 year old back pain'' and it really helped me feel more naturally energetic so yeah I'd say it's worth a shot, nothing major mind you, I do maybe a minute or two at most but I figure if you do it properly for full workouts you'd feel even better

Most of the forms up a lot of space. A couple can be done in your living room.

As said, it's highly dependent on what school you're learning it from. It's essentially the grappling counterpoint to kung fu's striking. Plenty of places will just roll over that part of it, though.

It is what it is. My wife practices yoga and I'm definitely not complaining about that.
