How do I psyop myself into being sexually aroused by hunger so that I'm more motivated to lose weight? I am a major coomer and I think it would help my weight loss tremendously if I figured this out

OP, you can't condition yourself like that, just set goals around eating less. It's best to set small goals to build a sense of achievement and motivation incrementally.

Set a small target initially - e.g. cut one can of soda - one you know should be easy, then build from their.

If you can get into seeing the number of of weight you lift go up, you can get into seeing the number on the scale go down, at least thats how I mentally did it, kept asking ''okay I got below this number, but can I get below THAT number?'' as a challenge to myself
